We install, configure, maintain, host, and provide customization services for websites driven by Website Baker, Joomla, WordPress, and JShop Server, as well as static sites edited directly - or through Cushy CMS. 

What we provide with any platform will include assistance with every aspect of the initial configuration as well as the ongoing operational maintenance of your website.

Specifics:

While we include most of the services you would require at our base pricing, when additional custom interfaces, graphic design, or programming are needed (outside the scope of our original contract) this is available at $20 per half-hour block on a time available basis.  If and when a modification is requested, we will provide a proposal which will contain a FIRM price and a general timeline.  The client then pays for the number of time blocks before work is performed.

Links to demo's of some the systems we use are found here.  Demos are viewed either from the "front end" like a internet user would interact with it, or from the "back end" in the role of an administrator who would control content, retrieve orders and such.

With any package we offer up to five updates per calendar month.  Of course you can directly manage your own content whenever you like, but we will perform up to five content updates per month for you - your choice.  Send us the content, we format, proof and post it for you.

 E-Commerce:

With our hosted E-Commerce packages, we configure your store, design an attractive user interface, then make sure it runs 24/7 with as little owner management as possible.  Simply stated, you will be responsible for uploading products and descriptions, shipping, managing promotions, and dealing with customers.

You are responsible for obtaining a merchant account and payment gateway account if needed.  We will install an SSL certificate, configure the gateway and make sure everything works.  You are also responsible for deciding what type of shipping is used and how much it should cost - we will then set it up.
